Post Summary: We, the Board of Governors, are delighted that you are considering a teaching career at Broom Valley. This is a very special learning community with a talented team, supportive families and fabulous pupils at its heart. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed teacher who firmly believes that every child, regardless of their circumstances, can achieve excellent outcomes. The staff team are passionate about their work and support each other in their aim to provide the best for every child, every day. All enjoy their work and participate, wholeheartedly, in the professional culture that pervades.

We will offer you:

We need a teacher who:

  • believes that children ‘surprise us daily’ if we let them;
